The legal owner of the proprietor of a property worth at least AED 1 million and at least AED 2 million in value, or the owner of an off-plan property worth at least AED 2 million.

  • First, Go to the ICA’s official website.

New Policy of Golden Visa UAE extension:

You can now extend or cancel your entry permit via a personal account online, according to the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security UAE (ICP). In order to acquire their residency visa, this refers to the documents given to foreign citizens entering the UAE.

The new rule is applicable to the following:
